Refund Policy

If Medium Exporter Pro isn't what you expected, we'll refund you, no questions asked, within 14 days of purchase. Email us at zaporojan40@gmail.com with the email address you purchased with (or forward your purchase receipt) and we'll process it. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Since Pro is a one-time purchase with no subscription, there is nothing to cancel and no future charges. A refund is the only billing action that can ever occur on your account.

If something is broken rather than not what you wanted, tell us what's failing first. It's usually fixable within a day, and we'd rather fix it than lose you.
